Message accelerated tire wear as long as your toe is adjusted accordingly. It's the negative camber combined with poorly tuned toe-in that causes the worst tire wear. If you notice a lot of OEM setups nowadays (i.e. BMW, Porsche, etc.) they often have a significant amount of camber, especially in the rear. As long as your tires are decent and you're not doing burnouts, tire wear shouldn't be a primary concern.
